3 Payments

All payments are processed securely through PayFast. Payments may include:

• Registration fees
• Training fees
• CV services
• Client bookings
• Placement fees
• Recurring service payments

4 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once payment is received. UPHS will allocate a trained worker based on availability and service requirements.

5 Worker Conduct

UPHS workers are trained and vetted. UPHS is not liable for misconduct outside the agreed service scope.

6 Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide a safe working environment and accurate service requirements.

7 Intellectual Property

All UPHS branding, training materials, website content, and business systems remain the exclusive property of UPHS.

8 Privacy

UPHS will not share client or worker information with third parties except where required for service delivery or legal compliance.

9 Limitation of Liability

UPHS is not liable for indirect losses, damages, or incidents beyond reasonable control.

10 Training & Certification

All training offered by UPHS is conducted internally. Certificates issued are UPHS Certificates of Completion and do not represent external accreditation. They serve as proof of internal training for placement and client assurance.

11 Amendments

UPHS may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on the website.
